Mr. Just has founded and operated businesses for over 30 years, with multifunction experience in development, acquisitions, finance, and asset management. He was Founder and President of Dianet Communications, a company that designed and built multiple, large-scale, complex Distributed Antenna System (“DAS”) projects. He negotiated multiple large financings, including a $200 million DAS network in the New York City Subway system through a subsidiary, Transit Wireless, which eventually grew to a valuation of over $1 billion. Mr. Just sold his ownership of Transit Wireless in early 2018.
JIM SPANOCo-founder and Head of Originations
Mr. Spano is a Managing Partner of Spano Partner Holdings and a nationally recognized expert in solar development and finance. He has been instrumental in the development of over 300 megawatts of solar generation primarily in the Northeast United States. He is the founder and President of the New Jersey Solar Grid Supply Association (NJSGSA), Vice-President of the Mid Atlantic Solar and Storage Industry Association (MSSIA), on the board of the International Battery and Energy Storage Association (IBESA), a conference committee member of the Intersolar North America Conference, as well as numerous other industry positions.
Mr. Kuster served as President of Invesco Mortgage Capital, Inc. from February of 2017 to October of 2017, and as Head of Research since July 2009. He also served as Head of Structured Securities Research for Invesco Fixed Income at our Manager, Invesco Advisers, Inc. from April 2007 to October of 2017. As of October, 2017 Invesco Advisers, Inc. managed $40 billion in structured securities and loans. From September 2002 to April 2007, Mr. Kuster served as a credit analyst with Bank One Capital Markets, which he joined in 2000. Mr. Kuster received a Bachelor of Arts in both Economics and American History from Cornell College and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University. Mr. Kuster is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
DON RAMONChief Financial Officer
Mr. Ramon has 32 years of banking and financial institution experience, which includes 13 years working directly with mortgage real estate investment trusts (REITs). Mr. Ramon served as the CFO for Reality Finance Trust, American Finance Trust, Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. and has been a CFO consultant. During these roles he has experience with an IPO and continuous public offerings for non-traded REITs. Mr. Ramon has also served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of GE Money Bank and Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia. In addition, he served as Acting CEO and CFO of HomeBanc Corp., a publicly held mortgage REIT. Mr. Ramon received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Mr. Ramon is a Certified Public Accountant.
ANDREW MATHEWS Vice President of Credit
Andrew Mathews is Vice President of Credit at RadiantREIT.  Mr. Mathews has twenty-four years of experience with renewable energy project financing. For the past five years Mr. Mathews was Vice President of Credit at the leasing arm of Rabobank where he led the team responsible for underwriting small scale solar sale/leaseback transactions. In this capacity, Mr. Mathews reviewed and underwrote a high volume of long-term solar project financings with small developers throughout the United States.
Prior to Rabobank, Mr. Mathews spent four years at Clipper Windpower, where he worked with wind developers in arranging over $360 million of long-term financing, and thirteen years at HVB/UniCredit, where he was head of the energy project finance origination team in New York and grew the loan portfolio to $1.5 billion from $250 million.
JONATHAN LIEBERMANBoard Member and Advisor
Mr. Lieberman was the Managing Director at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Mr. Lieberman served as the President, Chief Operating Officer, Director and Portfolio Manager of AG Financial Investment Trust, Inc. He served as a member of the Board of Directors since until December 6, 2017 and President of AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. between 2011 until December 6, 2017. He served as Chief Investment Officer at AG Mortgage Investment Trust, Inc. until February 13, 2017 and also served as its Portfolio Manager and Secretary. Prior to Angelo Gordan, Mr. Lieberman worked at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as a Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Finance/Financial Institutions Group, primarily focused on the Specialty Finance Sector. Before that, he served as a Senior Analyst in the Structured Finance Group at Moody’s Investors Service and an Attorney in the New York and Los Angeles offices of the law firm Dewey Ballantine LLP.
Mr. Rosenthal is Head of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage at Cantor Fitzgerald. He has spent the last four years in ever-increasing responsibilities growing the Cantor Fitzgerald franchise both in clearing and financing. Immediately prior, he was the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Global Head of Marketing & Investor Relations at Exis Capital Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Rosenthal was a Director and Head of the Corporate and Private Equity Services Group at Lazard Frères. Previously, he served as a Managing Director and Head of the Corporate Equity Services Group at Jefferies & Co., where he launched and built a leading block trading franchise, which completed more than 50 transactions in excess of $5 billion. Mr. Rosenthal held similar positions at Needham & Co., UBS Warburg and PaineWebber, where he began his career. He founded CPT Select Capital, a hedge fund of funds which invests in global macro, distressed debt, equities, and real estate strategies. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ithaca College in 1992. Mr. Rosenthal is actively involved with the Recanati/Miller Transplantation Institute at the Mount Sinai Medical Center.
